Nutrition is an important part of being healthy yet there is still much debate about what is the healthiest diet and whether we need nutritional supplements. In today’s toxic world where many of us eat mostly processed foods we have an epidemic of nutritional deficiencies and obesity. With these come many chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and other inflammatory diseases.
